Product introduction of draft beer machine:
Draft beer machine was used for bottling beer into glass bottle and seal it by crown cap.
The draft beer packing machine was combined with glass bottle washing, beer bottling and crown capping machine into one body. The guiding shaft for bottle positioning with bottle support, stable bottle feed and discharge.
The features of draft beer machine:
The controlling theory for the high pressure foaming injection system.
The high pressure forming injection system(induced bubble device) can reduce the air into beer bottle to use foam. So the beer will be more purity and fresh.
The beer filler height adjustable and crowner heads for different height of bottle. Designed cap hopper and transporter, less cap distortion, simpler structure and easier for cleaning.
The crowner can be fully decrease the bacterial pollution.
Fast change over parts, such as push bottle screw, star wheel and guiding board.
Programmable controller automatically controls the filling steps, cullet flushing, filling valve opening/closing. High pressure foaming. It is a good beer machine for small and middle beer maker.
