Water Filling Machine
Product introduction:
5 galllon bottle water filling machine--- The 5 gallon bottle water filling machine was used for filling drinking water, mineral water, pure water etc into 5 gallon big bottle and cap it. The 5 gallon bottle washing filling capping machine monoblock for pure water was combined with bottle washing,pure water filling and 5 gallon bottle capping machine into one body.
1. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly.
2. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
3. It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producting line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
Features of 5 gallon water filling machine:
1. Installed manual regulating valve on external washing part
2. Installed pressure gage, sampling pipe for lye and antiseptic liquid on the washing pipe. To make sure the concentration of lye and antiseptic liquid.
3. There is liquid level display and float ball on every water tank, to protect water pump.
4. Back-flow inlet and add liquid tank is at the outside of washing machine and installed double filter. It can contain water-in tank to wash.
5. Automatic bottle feed count, less than 8 pcs bottle, not feed. If out of bottle is not good, it will alarm.
