Product introduction:
Plastic jar water filling production line---The plasstic jar water production line was used for 5 gallon plastic jar decapping, checking leak, plastic jar inner brushing, plastic jar outside brushing, washing, filling, capping, sleeve label, shrink label and sleeve pag for used 5 gallon or 3 gallon jar. The production line can be used for new plastic 5 gallon or 3 gallon jar. The whole process is automatic. The barrel water production line was included 5 gallon cap decapper, leak checker, inner brusher, outside brusher, washing-filling-capping monoblock, steam shrink machine for sleeve barrel neck, barrel lift machine for sleeve PE bag. All the machine is automatic. The capacity is 300bph-1200bph. If your barrel is new bottle, so you do not need decapper, inner brusher, outside brusher, leak checker. You only need water-filling-capping machine monoblock, steam shrink machine for sleeve barrel neck, barrel lift machine for sleeve PE bag.
1. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly.
2. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
3. It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producting line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
Features of plastic jar water filling production line:
1. Installed manual regulating valve on external washing part
2. Installed pressure gage, sampling pipe for lye and antiseptic liquid on the washing pipe. To make sure the concentration of lye and antiseptic liquid.
3. There is liquid level display and float ball on every water tank, to protect water pump.
4. Back-flow inlet and add liquid tank is at the outside of washing machine and installed double filter. It can contain water-in tank to wash.
5. Automatic bottle feed count, less than 8 pcs bottle, not feed. If out of bottle is not good, it will alarm.
