Q: How to order?
A: Contact with our sales via email, tell us your requirement; or you may even call us for immediate communication. We will mail you related information in a short while.
1.Choose your favorite products and negotiate with our sales team, get the order confirmed.
2.Counter-sign the proforma invoice and mail us back for confirmation.
3.Down payment 50% for our preparation of raw material based on stock product.
4.We will design according your requirement and e-mail you the artwork for confirmation if it’s customized design product.
5.Production will be executive by factory for your order.
6.Finishing photos of products will be taken together with QC section for final confirmation.
7.Satisfied, please make the balance payment and we’ll arrange delivery accordingly.
Q: How to pay?
A: We accept payment method like TT, Cash, Western Union and Letter of credit:
1.TT transfer: 50% deposit before production and balance to be paid before shipment.
2.Letter of Credit at sight: only available for total order amount over fifty thousand.
Q: How to get the catalogue?
A: We have the e-catalogue on our website, you can download it at your convenience. We might also able to send you the catalogue by e-mail if requested.
Q: How about the size and color?
A: We have the size and color listed in our catalogue for your selection, any change upon your request is also acceptable.
Q: What's the material?
A: Our inflatable games are made of PVC Tarpaulin. The material for Sunjoy Inflatable games apply to BS7837, EN14960 and EN71 certification, which is considered the best material for inflatable games.
Q: How about the design?
A: There are three projects for you information:
1.Firstly, we have our own models, and any workable artwork or logos can be added per your requirement.
2.Secondly, we welcome your idea, and we will make every effort to have your idea as a real artwork with our professional designer team.
3.Thirdly, full details artwork including specification & sketch provided, and a quotation will be sent to you very soon.
Q: What accessories come with the inflatables?
A: The accessories inclusive of repairing kits (the same color material, glue, needle and thread); packaging bag; CE/UL blower; finishing photo and video demo will be sent together upon your request.
Q: How about the guarantee and after-sales service?
A: Regularly we provide a 12 months after-sales service for customers.
Q: How about our blowers?
A: we Sunjoy can offer the CE/UL proved blowers to comply with different markets requirement with different country version plug
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 1 piece.
Q: What is the production lead-time?
A: According to the order quantity together with the factory order. Basically one piece takes about one week, and the large quantity takes about one month. However, it can also be more or less depending on the product design and size.
Q: How about the shipping arrangement?
A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer more suitable price and service for our customers. And the appointed shipping agent is also acceptable. Also freight charge can be prepaid or collected.
1.Ship by sea: 20 - 30 working days after goods on board.
2.Ship by air / courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX): 3 - 5 working days after goods on plane.
