Material |
We use best 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for this bouncer. All inflatable games of Sunjoy are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has improved by the SGS. |

Stitching |
We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough. |

Printing |
Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes SUNJOY product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time. |

Blower |
1, External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP,plug can be customized. 2, External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized. |

Deflation |
We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper. |

Strong package bags |
We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number. |

Accessories |
1) Blower or Pump (need order) 2) carrying bag for free 3) Repair kits, include color PVC material used on inflatable and 1pc glue.(Glue are banned by airplane, only by sea can send glue) |

1. HIGH DURABILITY PVC MATERIAL
Best material is very important for the games. All inflatable games of SUNJOY are made by high
durability fire-retardant 180z Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers as you can see from left picture, two
coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837.
2. DOUBLE TITCHING EVERYWHERE
We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching
inside(left pic) and double stitching outside(right pic) to make sure the inflatables are strong
enough.
3.Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable. It makes the inflatable
steady enough.
4. SAFE AND CONVENIENT AIR FLAP
For the safety, we make safe flap inside the air tube, when the electricity is cut off and make the
blower off suddenly, the flap will help to stop the air let out too quickly. So the kids can have
enough time to leave the inflatable.
5.REINFORCED STRIPS AT JOINT
SUNJOY Inflatables will make reinforcestrips at the bottom joint and each corner. So when the
kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all. As the bottom can
bear the kids no matter how they play on the games.
6. DURABLE ZIPPERS
We make strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable
more quickly. Above the zipper, there is a zipper cover, which is help to disperse the zipper’s
stress.
