The thickness can be 10mm or 3/8inches, 12mm or 1/2inches, 20mm or 3/4inches, 30mm or 4/3inches ETC, we can produce according to the request from customer.
Surface Treatment:
Polished, Honed, Flamed, Brushed, Sandblasted, Antique, Bushhammered, Chislled ETC.
Package Deisgn:
1- Wooden Crates, with polyfoam inside to protect the products, then reinforce by plastic strip, we will use the iron strip to reinforce the exterior wood plate. Pls check the picture below.
Quality Standard:
1- For Asia Middle East South America countries, thickness tolerance +/- 2mm, size tolerance 1mm.
2- For Europe and North America, thickness tolerance +/- 1mm, size tolerance 0.5mm.
3- Before the container shipping, all the crates or bundles package must to be fumigated.
Container Loading:
Usually by 20ft container, for Middle East Asia Europe South America, can load 27 Tons per container, for North America, can load 22 Tons per container. After finished loading, we will reinforece all the package if necessary. Pls check the picture below:
For thickness 10mm or 3/8inch 900m2/container----- thickness 15mm or 3/5inch 600m2/container-----thickness 20mm or 3/4inch 460m2/container-----thickness 25mm or 1inch 350m2/container-----thickness 30mm or 6/5inch 300m2/container-----thickness 50mm or 2inches 200m2/container-----thickness 100mm or 4inches 100m2/container.
