A: It is very easy ,we offer you operating video for English language ,also our technician can help you via MSN ,Skype teamviewer etc.
Q3. What i need to do when the machine suffer trouble?
A: Make sure all the wires be connection well ,and keep your lens and mirrors be clean ,then check your laser tube and talk details to us.
Q4. How to maintain the machine?
A: After 3 hours working, it’s better close 10 minutes. B, Keep lens and mirrors clean. C, The water for laser tube should keep clean and lower temperature, in winter you need input antifreeze.
Q5. What about MOQ?
A: No MOQ limit ,If you purchase 20sets or more ,we will give you some discount.
Q6. Is there any other model for choose?
A:Yes,you can choose other model as your requirement .(According to your material & the size of your material )
Q7 .How about the life-span of the laser tube ?
A: If you operate the machine rightly, it can reach to 1500 or 3000hours.(RECI laser tube can max to 10000hours),It depends on your usage
For example, if it works 8 hours per day, the detailed data as follows:
1, If you set the power at 20%-30% of the total power, the service life is about 1-2years
2, If you set the power at 40-50% of the total power, the service life is about 1 year
3, If you set the power at 70%-80% of the total power, the service life is about 6-8 months
Training Service
Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines.
As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

We arrange final test before shipment. We run the machine without material for a few days, and then cut materials for test. After making sure machine is the best performance, then ship out the machine.
