This kind of production line is used to roll and form metal sheet of refrigerator and freezers, like door shells, side panels, back panels, etc.
Mainly consisting of loading station, punching station, 180º overturning station, rolling station, cutting station, bending station, 90º bending station, flanging station, unloading station, pneumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electric control unit, etc, which can be customized according to Buyer’s products.
Working procedure: loading automatically, punching, sheet turning, rolling, forming, cutting, stage foaming, end
bending, unloading and so on. What is more, the procedure may be different with forming sheets.
