1. Moulding process
1.Base on the 3D datas or designs from customers to make clay sample.
2.Base on the clay sample to make PU sample by technology of silicon mold copy.
3.Color PU sample and detach PU sample to make different parts for post production.
4.Base on the detached PU samples to make ceramic samples by technology of silicon mold copy
5.Base on the diffrerent ceramic samples to make metal molds
6.setup the different molds to some sets of big metal molds
7.Inject PVC or ABS material to molds to get plastic models
8.QC persons choose the acceptable models to move next step.
2. Painting process
Paint the plastic models by pad printing or spraying color or other methods.
QC persons choose the acceptable models to move next step.
3. Assemble process
Assemble different model parts together to complete full set of model,QC colleagues check the product to choose acceptable ones to move next step
4. Packaging and delivery process
we will arrange the delivery once after package the models.
