JUHUAN Spray polyurethane foam is a one-component, economical type and good performance Polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with a foam application gun or a straw. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation.Gun-straw dual use spray PU foam is our patented product which can be used by gun and straw.
Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames; Insulating of sound and heat; filling and sealing crack and gap; connecting the surface of concrete, panels, sheet and plastic. not teflon and silicon resin; insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes.
- Shake can thoroughly for at least one minute.
- Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application
- Place the can upside down, firmly screw can on adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw anticlockwise;
- Fill holes and cavities approximately 50% from bottom to top.
- Foam begins to cure after 10 minutes. Further processing should be done an hour later.
- Use knife to smooth out the cured foam and treat surface with cement, paint or silicone
- Keep the can away from children
- Faraway from fire and prohibition of being close to inflammables and explosives
- Continuous air circulation is required because of inflammable gaswhich is produced when working. Worker should wear gloves and goggles
- Avoid direct sun, Stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, temperature is below +50°C
- Always keep surface out of lipid, oil and dust
- Keep the surface away from lipid, oil and dust;
- Spray from bottom to top, when finished, close valve clockwise;
- If replace can,shake a new can thoroughly for at least one minute in advance, then clean the gun with special detergent after taking off the old one.
