Usage of green contact adhesive for fire-proof plate
1.Make sure the surface of the adhesive material is clean and dry, keep the adhesive surface free of dust, grease. Roughening the surface if needed.
2.A thin layer of the adhesive to be applied on both surfaces byscraper or roller.
3.Leave for 10-25 minutes untill surface dry for better adhesion (surface drying time may vary according to the differences of temperature and humidity).
4.Ensure the full contact of the both surface by adding pressure or hammering.
Advice of green contact adhesive for fire-proof plate
1. For fear that bubbling after bonding, drilling holes on baseplate is necessary when applied for aluminum-plastic panel, fire-proof plate and polymer plate
2. Working outdoors in the summer, when plate’s temperature is below 70°C, it would perform well, when above 70°C, we suggest other types of JUHUAN adhesive.
l Keep the can away from children
l Faraway from fire and prohibition of being close to inflammables and explosives
l Continuous air circulation is required because of inflammable gaswhich is produced when working. Worker should wear gloves and goggles
