We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from your customized description. A Refund will be given after the item is received back to the store. It must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. Usually we will take 7-15 days to make the samples. 

We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. .After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.Please be rest assured of that we will refund when you start official place an order.
