Koontech Telephone Remote Management System
introduction：
Self Monitoring and each phone is polled daily to ensure the control office know immediately if one telephone broken and can send someone out to repair it.
The telephone management system is operating basis on Windows software package for use on a PC having the Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000. USP Port connection between PC and TMS.
1. Self Monitoring
The telephone terminal will report to the computer when below happens: ．
a. Keypad or emergency call button broken. ．
b. Handset microphone or receiver broken, or handset cord broken. ．
c. Flash light broken．
d. Buzzer broken．
e. Reed switch or hand-free ON/OFF button broken ．
2. Remote monitoring
a. Can poll up to phone simultaneously ．
b. Automatic poll maintenance checks. Such as phone serial number, stuck buttons, handset integrity, on/off button or reed switch, call-in progress interrupted. ．
c. At a glance health status view from PC.
3. Remote programming
a. Adjust the setting in the emergency phone. Enabling stored information in the telephone to be instantly updated at any time. ．
b. Remote telephone setting. Setting auto-dial numbers can be remotely altered through the software by PC.
c. Priority for outgoing calls. If an auto-dial button is pressed on the Emergency call during a poll, the poll will disconnect to allow the call to be made.
