introduction of the plain trolley series:
1.Plain trolley series is a kind of lifting deviced and it has own characteristics of simple structure and easy operation.
2.it can be attached to Chain Hoist or Electric Hoist or any other loading machinery to form a loading trolley.
3.It can be easily running on the bottom flange of beam track at a curve radius for loading and unloading goods and equipment.
4.By differnent way of driving . the trolley series can be divided into two types: Geared Trolley(GCL)and plain Trolley(GCT) the plain trolley is operated by pushing the load and for the geared trolley. We can pull the hand chain to drive it.
Detials of the plain trolley series:
The trolley mounted on a monorail permits horizonral travel by pushing or pulling manually on the load. Combined with a hoist or other lifting machine, it can be wifely used in places such as factories,mines,docks and storehouses for equipment installation or transporting goods.
♣Trolley series has plain and geared trolley.
♣About the plain trolley we use chain to move and the geared trolley we pull the objects to move.
♣The trolley can work freely on the beam
♣Lever hoist can be fixed under the trolley.
Main Performance and Technical specifications:
warnings when using the products:
1.Overloading is strictly prohibited
2.While lifting the load,passing or working under the lifting load is strictly prohibited
3.Stop operating immediately and fix a breakdown in case the pull force exceeds that of normal operation or there troubles.
4.Bearing ,gear,etc should be greased regularly and examine the fasteners to make sure that are tightened.
