1.is there any risk that you release the payment but didn't receive the goods?
then you can choose the payment via payment or Escrow,it is third party and safe enough.
2.can we print our logo or any text or picture on the box?
yes,it is no problem,and we charged for different level according per different order.
3.can we get a sample to test the quality before we place the order?
yes,it is no problem,for the stock similar sample,it is free,and for the customized sample it will charged according per different order.
4. If i do a sample,How much & how long & Sample charge refundedable ?
Regular box,Wooden box: 7-10 days, and according different techonology on the box and size,then the sample charge will be different,normally after the order over 2000pcs,then the sample charge can be refund.
5.if the sample which we received with poor quality,then how can we do?
we promise to re-do the sample if there is big mistake.
6.how many days should I get the boxes after I place the order?
it normally take 7-25 days for the production.
and for shipment if by air or express,it will take about 3-5 days on the way.
and for sea shipment,it will take about 15-40 days to different countries and sea ports.
