FFC Series Automatic Instant Rice Noodles Pillow Packing Machine // Automatic Instant Noodles Horizontal Flow Packing Machine
Introduction:
FFC series packing machine,designed for package according to special request of bulk,soft,long stick shape products.Longitude sealing on top side of products,can avoid heating impact.Fitable for packaging heat-resistant products.Among which model FFC720/820,designed for super big products and assembly packaging,save packaging cost by tray-free packing.
Mechanical Features:
1. Bottom reel means the center sealing at top,in which way the product will not be impacted by the heating roller.
2. Imported PLCcontrol,with bilinggual languge in display .
3. Main machine structure ade of cold roller steel.
4. With photo mark monitor,packing accrately.
5. Tube sealer,with stable side sealing
6. Center sealing adopts closed circuit heating,eliminate packing error
7. AC moto attached converter for releasing step-less control.
8. Position stop function avoid film damage.
9. Rotary cutters improve packing speed.
10.Protection cover for safety of user.
Packing material:
Any heatmelt-cut sealing materials like Paper-PE,OPP/AL/PE,BOPP etc.

Multipack packing machine:
Instant rice noodles, Mutiple bags of fresh leaf vegetables, instant noodles,Egg yolk pie,ham sausage and so on.
Remark:
Servo motor is optional,reduce reparing cost.
