Introduction:
Hot Sale PLD1600 Aggregate Batching Machine with 3 Hoppers is a kind of automatic batching equipment which is used with concrete mixer .It can carry out batching procedures automatically of sandmacadam etc.
The machine can be used as facility concrete plant which is applied with JS500JZC500 concrete mixer. It is ideal concrete equipment for building project, building ground and precast product factory.
The batching machine is composed of feeding system, weighing system and electrical system etc. The main characteristic is that feeding device lines and charging with loader. The feeding device is a belt feeder, and with a precise weighing system which is made up of lever and single sensor.
Features of batching machine
1) When it is matched with double-direction transportation strap, it can provide material for two mixing plants to increase the working efficiency.
2) When it is matched with helix transporter and cement, it can be used to weigh the cement in bulk which can improve the quality of the cement and save money for customers.
