principle of vibration: It adopts two hydro-motors to drive four axes, which will let four axes produce inertia excited force to directly push molding box to vibrate. This will make sure the vibration force of each part of molding box keep the same and make the block making machine generate directional sinusoidal wave. It uses table vibration and pass vibration force on to molding box by pallet, which will reduce vibration loss, enhance vibration effect and improve the strength of block.

The material layout of material seeder adopts poking fork to rotate and collocate material, which will let material evenly arrive the molding box and quickly complete the procedure of material layout. The specifications and intensity of bricks will be basically unified.
