Electrostatic flocking machine description :
1. Electrostatic generator is a kind of electrostatic application equipment. Its extensive work in the film, paint, flocking, separation, biological engineering and scientific experiment, etc. With small size, easy to install, stable characteristics.
2. The output voltage of the electrostatic generator controlled by the input signal is outside. Input signals can be relay a contact, also can be an input voltage, can also be a photoelectric switch control.
3. The electrostatic generator output voltage can also discharge actively, avoid storing in high voltage power supply of high pressure with the surrounding objects happen unnecessary discharge, maximum limit to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Working principle for electrostatic flocking machine :
The electrostatic generator is consisted by electrostatic transmitter (rods) and DC high voltage power supply. DC high voltage power supply for electrostatic transmitter (stick) to negative (or positive) and high pressure, make the electrostatic transmitter (rods) emission negative (or positive) and object (artifacts) with electric charge (artificial charged). The higher the voltage, the greater the effective range.
