To make a custom hand made folding knife is a skillful art that requires hard work and careful attention.It is efficient when there are no flaws in it.The knives are used in hunting and survival .We make such an Extreme sharp folding knives that a hunter feels no difficulty in hunting with its extra ordinary sharpness.we make its grip as strong that it may not slip from the buyers hand.the lengths and designs of our folding knives are designed by an expert.Our folding knives are produced not only a cutting material for our buyer but also a wonderful thing that may please the buyer.

Damascus for this knife was created by forge welding multiple layers of steels into a Solid block called a billet (15N20 &1095 High Carbon Tool Steels).

The billet is folded and re-welded several times to produce several layers. Patterns are created by manipulating the steel during the forge welding process. When acid is added to the blade, it attacks the layers of hard and soft steels differently, highlighting the attractive layered pattern in the Steel.The combination of layered hard and soft steel creates blade flexibility, toughness and produces invisible serrations on the blade that aid cutting. The hardness of the Damascus steel is 55-60 HRC on Rockwell scale.

Up for auction is a beautiful folding, pocket knife. Damascus steel blade of this folding knife is about 04" inches long. This well made blade displays random Damascus patters that are acquired by hammer folding and forge welding high and low carbon steels (1095 & 15N20). The blade possesses a nail nick for ease of opening and closing. Spine of the blade as well as Under the handle carries charming file work. Handle is made by using beautiful and original Camel Bone. The natural material are attached to the Damascus frame. Overall length of this folding knife is approx 05" inches (closed). The knife features Liner-Lock mechanism.

General information about sheath cover:

Custom High Quality Double Layers of Hard Genuine Leather. The leather is water proof and has double layers inside. The leather we used to make sheath is Camel, Goat and Buffalo. The leather has been treated with Extra process to get the natural looks of snake, alligator, leopard, skins etc, and we tried to matches each sheath cover with the knife handle. Extra work is done on the leather sheath cover to make it colorful, unique and beautiful.

Our craftsman put extra work in each knife by carefully designing, carving and hand making it into a breathtaking work of art.

THIS BLADE BLANK IS HAND FORGED WITH 1095 AND 15N20 HIGH AND LOW CARBON STEEL WITH OVER 256 LAYERS.THIS BLADES IS UP TO 58 HRC ON ROCKWELL SCALE WHICH HOLDS THE SHARPNESS FOR LONG TIME AND CAN BE USED FOR TOUGH WORK.
