MODEL SXM1205 / SXM1215 Trace Water Analyzer for corrosive gas analyzer
Is a portable and popular model widely used in industrial gas , it can do the measurement of moisture content in normal
gas, but also moisture content in corrosive gas , such as Cl2,HCl,H2S,HBr,CO2,SF6 and etc .
In the system , consist of Analyzer and Pretreatment units , the system can measure moisture content in gas by P205
Electric process . specially suitable for measuring moisture content of corrosive gas ,
The model is not suitable for the following operating environments :
u Some certain gas , which damage Phosphorus pentoxide coating and cell body, are in gas ;
u Polymerization reaction on the electrode
u Easy to reaction in Electrolytic reaction gas composition .
Patent Features :
u Clear LCD Display , with sub-grade data preset ;
u Storing test data up to more than 100 groups , sampling speed preset between 0s-999min;
u RS485 output , meeting MODBUS-RTU communication terms , can connect PC communications ;
u All valves , pipes, fittings from imported brand suppliers, are made from PFA , sealing fitting are made from
PTFE with resistance corrosive , make sure the gas tightness and safety , also the accuracy of measurement ;
u special corrosion membrane filter , up to deduction of 100% of particle and liquid in gas sample , and no any
change of moisture content in gas sample ;
u corrosion flow meter for high accuracy control of flow quantity into analysizer
