Q1:How about the Payment?
1. We suggest T/T, L/C , Western Union and Money Gram.
2. By any terms of payment, 30% deposit need to be paid before producing, the rest of 70% will must be paid before shipment.
Q2: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, our factory located in BaoAn district, Shenzhen city, and we welcome our clients to visit our factory to start cooperation with us.
Q3: What’s your MOQ and lead time?
A: The MOQ is 100 pieces. Normally the sample will be delivered in 3~5 days after your payment and it’ll be shipped by air via DHL, FedEx, HK DHL, FedEx IE or UPS. It takes around 3~7 days to reach your country. But if it is hard to clear goods from the customs in your country, it may have to be shipped by sea via EMS.
Q4: Are there any certificates for the all in one computer products?
A: Some of the products are with CE/CCC/ISO9001 certificates, we can also make the certificates the client needs based on the large quantity.
Q5: Do you support OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we support OEM, but the quantity should at least beyond 500 pieces. AS for the ODM, we may charge for the design.
