SA-26B FAOM BLOCK COMPRESSED PACKING MACHINE

is specially designed to compress & pack foam blocks. After Compressing, the block volume will be minimized and the transportation charge will be much less.

This machine is divided into three main units: Hydraulic unit, Sealing unit and Control unit.

The operator wrap the foam block with plastic bag, then feed the block into compressing table. Start hydraulic plate to press down on the foam block to compress the block until the required thickness is reached. Then stop compressing and seal the plastic bag.

The operator can also use pp woven bag to pack and compress the block by inserting the packing tape into the groove inside the compressing table to pack the foam block with packing tape.
