Sandwich Panel Demountable Prefabricated Mountain Cabin for Family

 

Fuunzo Mountain Cabin  that could be used as an office, studio, extra bedroom, guest house or even expanded to be a whole house. The system is based off of a 15 sq meter (161 sq ft) module and can be positioned in various ways in conjunction with other modules for a variety of building designs – just like playing with Legos. Units are prefabricated by Fuunzo at their factory in Beijing China, then shipped via truck or ship and put into place with a crane. If you’re just getting one unit and there is already a house on your land, you don’t even need a permit for it.

The Mountain Cabin are built with solid steel materials that require minimal maintenance and a thin outer panel made from lightweight material without heavy metals. Organic solvents are used which provides durability while being environmentally friendly. The units are fully insulated with energy efficient windows and doors. 

 

 

3. 90% Prefab and Easy Assembly on Site

 

 90% of our flat-pack container unit is prefabricated in our factory. It needs only 2 manday to complete one cabin (15 sq.m) 

 

 

4. Flat-pack to lower transportation cost

 

Shipping costs money that we all end up paying for. By choosing flat packs, together we can lower transportation emissions – from factory to home.

 

 

 

 

5. Good insulation for energy saving of Mountain Cabin

 

There are various choices for wall, roof and floor insulation: rock-wool, glass-wool, Neopor EPS and PU.

 

 

6. Building a House Like LEGO

7. External Cladding of Mountain Cabin

 

 After jointed on site, external cladding can be installed to furnish the outlook of house. Wooden cladding, Alum. Plastic cladding, corrugated metal sheet and marble cladding are used to deco the external wall.

 

 

 

8. M&E Service

 

Electrical system is concealed inside the wall and roof panel. For special project, it can be surface running as well. 

Sewage water pipe can be connected to public sewage system. Chemical sewage system is able to be matched with the cabin house.
