6. Samples Request
You can specify any 3 pieces of products which specially interest you and inform us the product code. The samples are free of charge, bu the charges of shipping the samples will belong to your side. You can pay the shipping charges by telex transrer(T/T), or provide us your Express Account. Samples will be sent within 5 working days after we are in receipt of the payment or your Express Account.
If you are interested, pls request samples by email or T/M(Trade Manager).
7.Terms of trading
Our Standard Terms of Business apply to orders for export from Guangzhou, China, to a minimum list value of US$10,000.00.
If our standard terms do not seem to fit your needs (for instance if you want delivery in Guangzhou, or to order less than $10,000-worth) or you want something not exactly in our product list, please email your request in detail, and we will send you a special quotation as quickly as we can.
Our minimum is USD$10,000.00 in FOB condition. However, you can order lower than our minimum but there is the additional charge USD$ 500.00 for the handling fees and documentation on FOB condition.
8.Payment terms
We do accept payment by
1) Wire transfer (T/T)
We will inform you by quotation or Proforma Invoice of the full cost of your order. Our standard terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment against the copy of shipping documents. You pay us your deposit when you confirm your order, and we will inform you by email when the rest of the money become due. We dispatch the completed order as soon as we receive your final payment.
Please ensure that cost of your local bank's fee is on your end.
It normally takes 4 business days to get money states in our bank thus to shorten time, please send us the transference.
