Fiber Patch Cord Identifier Description
ST820B Fiber Patch Cord Identifier is an essential instrument for the installation and maintenance of optical fiber projects. It can easily detect any spot of SM fiber cables. Through inserting a 1310 or 1550 modulated signal into the fiber, it is used to indicate the direction of the transmitting signals, find and locate the specific fiber without interrupting the current work during the installation, cabling and maintenance.
The ST820B optical fiber identifier also recognize the modulation like 270Hz, 1kHz and 2kHz .When they are used to detect the frequency, the continuously audible tone is activated.
Fiber Patch Cord Identifier Adapters
There are four adapter heads available: Ø0.25, Ø0.9, Ø2.0 and Ø3.0.
