| 1 | HZS series concrete batching plant consists of aggregate batching system, concrete mixing system, cement supply system, water supply system, cement weighing system, water weighing system, control system, etc. |
| 2 | All aggregates are fed into the aggregate batching machine by loader, and weighed in the weighing hopper or weighing belt. After weighing, they are transported to a hopper or a belt, and then the aggregates are transported to the mixer for mixing. |
| 3 | Cement is conveyed into the cement weighing hopper by screw conveyor for weighing, after weighing, cement is poured into mixer. |

Water is pumped into water weighing hopper by water pump. After weighing, water is sent into the mixer. |
| 5 | After all materials are weighed and fed into the mixer, the mixer can begin to mix and produce concrete. |
