Ambient spiral cooler is a kind of advanced and efficient air cooling system, which is used widely in many industry fields, especially in food processing field. It cools down the products (like bakery products from oven or French fries from frying machine) by room temperature air (sometimes adopt circulating fans).
The belt speed is variable, so the retention time from inlet to outlet is much flexible. It suits for cooling many kinds of products.
Its structure:
(1) Food grade plastic conveyor belt;
(2) The drum, inlet device, outlet device and all structure parts are made of stainless steel;
(3) Equipped with variable speed controller;
(4) Schneider, Fuji or Siemens electric components;
(5) SEW speed reducer.
