The tunnel oven is the necessary baking equipment. It adopts diesel, nature gas, electricity heating, and you can use any of them. The width and length of the tunnel oven can be adjusted according to customer’s equipment and output.
This machine adopt liquid gas flame tube, the up flam adopt far infrared radiation board, which can permeate the center of the cake constructive, the down flam we adopt the stainless steel orifice plate which can avoid naked flame burns steel belt directly. We can adopt different burning ways according to customer’s demands, we adopt the fuel gas so far, and the consumption of fuel gas per hour is
15m³,there are three areas that can control the temperature, and with any adjustment from 20°--300°according to different foods, distribute temperature reasonable which can make food lustrous and with the bright color. And we adopt Sweden SANDVIK as the steel belt.or high quality net belt

11. the bottom we adopt 50*70*3 square tube, inside of the oven is 2mm cold-rolled steel plate, with the red color anti-rust paint, there are 6 parts of the oven, each part is 4 meters, the sides of the part we adopt 5mm iron plate.

13. in-out oven we adopt the 12# channel steel, and the outside of the oven is made of 201# stainless steel.

(6) .production process:
The pan can be returned back, and be washed automatically.
So there is no labour force in washing pans.
