Summary
The electric actuators we manufactured are the products by using the introduced advanced technology from BERNARD Company of France.
It has various kinds of protection function and control mode. It can be divided into the quarter-turn series, linear-turn series and multi- turn series. There are more than hundred kinds of specifications. DKJ quarter-turn electric actuator and DKZ linear-turn electric actuator are the earliest and the only products in our country. The products pool the wisdom of all the experts in our country during the planned economy time.

With the development of modern industrialization and computer management, we make two outstanding improvements compared with the previous DKJ, DKZ series nowadays
1.We have already produced the electric intelligent type product, outdoor type, anti-explosion type and other improved products which are directly controlled by computer.
2.The steering circuit is fixed into a small plastic casing (generally called module), forming the PNP type that is easy to maintain. It functions as the higher regulating precision and longer using life.
Our actuators have the most standard outlook size, which have played a key role in reconstructing projects of many large-scale enterprises.
Principle of work
The DKJ, DKZ series electric actuator are the terminal control device of industrial process survey and the control system, changing the system’s control signal into angular displacement, linear displacement of output axle, the position of valve and other regulating units. The main purpose is to enable the controlled medium to work well under the regulated system conditions.
The electric actuator is divided into the proportion type and integral type according to the controlling type. The proportion actuator is made up of electric servo amplifier and integral type actuator that can compare systematic control signal with the feedback signal (closed-loop control) of output axis so as to change the travel route and has proportion relations with the output axis signal. The integral actuator consists of servo motor, reducer and position transmitter. Coordinating with motor operator, it can control valve or other regulating units from long distant.
