How it works:

 NC(normally close): When the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull, open the pilot hole, the pressure relief valve chamber, medium pressure piston driven by the lower chamber, the solenoid valve is opened.

When the coil power, the pilot valve by spring return, pilot hole is closed, valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the solenoid valve is closed.

NO(normally open): When the coil is energized, the pilot valve by spring return, pilot hole is closed, valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the solenoid valve is closed.

When the coil power, the pilot valve by spring return, pilot hole is opened, the pressure relief valve chamber, medium pressure piston driven by the lower chamber, the solenoid valve is opened.
