BGTWA Type Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
1.Summary
Pneumatic valve is a pneumatic valve angle of 90 °, typically used to control high flow, low dropout fluids. Butterfly is characterized by small size, simple structure, small space required for installation, and low cost. Since the smooth flow path valve resistance coefficient, the higher the flow obtained is therefore suitable for high viscosity, with the fibers, particles and the sediment containing the regulation and pulp medium flow.
Pneumatic control valve can be chose different materials lining body and different materials valve plate according to different media.
According to the requirements of the production process, there are wafer centre line butterfly valve, flanged full-lining butterfly valve, triple offset metal-sealing butterfly valve, air butterfly valve.
The butterfly valves above all could open 90 °, are characterized by approximately equal percentage, large flow capacity, greatly exceeds its rated value of the same caliber Kv other valves.
Pneumatic butterfly valve is composed by butterfly valve and pneumatic actuator, which can automatically adjust the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the medium. Pneumatic triple eccentric metal sealing butterfly valve could shut off and achieve zero leakage.

BAW series pneumatic actuator is with large output torque, generally used for larger diameter valves.
If pneumatic actuator is equipped with solenoid shut-off valve, the butterfly valve could be used for shutting off; if pneumatic actuator is equipped with positioner, the butterfly valve could be used for adjusting medium.
2.Commissioning Instructions
Before using, please inspect whether air pressure in the spot is suitable for pneumatic actuator, and use it according to matched instruction of pneumatic actuator.

Wafer butterfly valve with solenoid valve controlled pneumatic actuator can be used for on-off type valve.
Feature: small size, light weight, reasonable structure, easy to install, usually applied to control a large low-pressure fluid flow, as well as the regulation of solid powder, closure and so on.
Butterfly valve's body is divided into type A and type LT
"LT" type valve structure, performance materials and components are the same with "A" type’s, except that the "A" type can be wafer connected between two pipe flanges by stud or extended hex bolt. Except can be connected between two pipes by two sets hex bolt, “LT" type also can be mounted on the ends of the pipe used as a drain valve, but need to specify in the contract.
