We could provide you the specification according to the size of pipe, divided into quadrate air valve and round air valve.
Automatic Modulating Quadrate, Round Air Valve:
The air valve is the common equipment in the breeze system, the electric air valve is composed of actuator and air valve. The modulating automatic air valve can modulate the opening degree of the air valve, control the size of amount of breeze. On-off air valve play the role of close and open. If request the time for close and open, you can cut off the air valve quickly, and the time of total travel can be finished in 6 seconds or 3 seconds.
The type as follows:
DZF is composed of DKJ series actuator and DF air valve.
SHZF is composed of SH series actuator and DF air valve.
SKJZF is composed of high speed actuator and DF air valve.
Air valve is divided into quadrate and round:
The quadrate is DF-F type long * wide is 160*130---1000*500
The round is DF-Y type DN100---DN1400
The actuator which is mounted the air valve directly called direct-mounted model.
If the size of air valve of the actuator is bigger, it’s volume and weight are also bigger. If adopt the direct-mounted model, in many ways are all inconvenient on mounting, maintaining and using various, you can adopt foot-plate mounted model actuator. Mount air valve and actuator separately, the actuator is fixed on one foundation even on the stage and connected with the live axle of air valve through ball-joint.
