Composition:
The Rock Wool sandwich panel is constituted by two sheets with inter posed layer of orientated fibre high density rock wool. Arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel and positioned in strips. Laid longitudinally
with offset joints and transversally compacted, completely filling the space between the two supports.
Features:
(1) Excellent fireproof performance
Rock wool is non-combustible material. So the rock wool sandwich panel has good fire-resisting property. The test report obtained by Istituto Giordano S.P.A shows the following temperature of the panel: Roof / Wall Panel
thickness 100mm REI 120; Roof/Wall Panel thickness 80mm REI 60;Roof/Wall Panel thickness 50mm REI 30.
(2) Excellent sound insulation effect
Rock wool sandwich panel could reduce the sound effectively. So it is suitable for the place where has high
requirement for quiet. The sound insulation effect could achieve RW=20-3-db.
(3)Excellent seal performance and waterproof performance
Rockwool sandwich panel uses snap connector.It avoided the hidden dangers of water leakage from the joints
of the roof slab and saved the amount of accessories.
(4) Fixed method firmly and reasonably :
Rockwool Panel is tapped by special M6 screws and fixed by purlin.It can resist typhoon and and other
external forces effectively. Self-drilling screws installed in the wave crests of the surface of the panel. Using a
special waterproof structure and avoiding the waterproof weak point.
(5) Quick and easy installation
Rock-wool sandwich panel needn’t be produced at the scene.It does not only maintain the surroundings clean
& tidy and does not affect the other proess normally, but also shorten the installation cycle.Rockwool sandwich
panel can be installed 600 ~ 800 m2 / day.

Protective Film: there is protective film on the surface of the finished panel to protect from scratching.
