White fused corundum alumina using refractory Materials
Description:
White Fused Alumina is produced by fusing alumina block in an electric arc furnace under carefully controlled conditions. The material produced is white in color, dense and has predominatly large crystals of Alpha Alumina. Ingots are crushed, ground, and precision screened in our new sizing plant to obtain very consistent sized fractions. Magnetic iron from crushing is removed by rare earth magnets to ensure very low levels of iron in the finished products. Close sized fractions are available or precision blended to specification. This process ensures a very consistent sizing from coarse to fines which is critical in many applications.
Performances and Advantages:
1. It will not affect the color of machining parts.
2. Very low amount of iron oxide, suitable for non-ferrous blasting operations.
3. Fine white corundum would be the preference of wet polishing and lapping.
4. It has high speed on processing and excellent quality.
5. Ferric oxide is contained less inside, it is suitable for these sandblasting process do not have ferric powder left.
6. Scale removing process with acid washing.
Product Purpose:
1. It is used as abrasives materials and in lapping processing.
2. It is also used in polishing and acrylic fabric of prettify processing.
3. Sandblasting in producing television screen.
4. It can be used in cutting silicon wafer.
5. Sandblasting in washing teeth model.
6. It could be the molding sand for precision casting.
7. It is high grade refractory and other additives of porcelain.
8. It is used as jeans abrasives materials as well.
