Introduction:
Glossy surface aluminium composite materials
Various high glossy colors available.
The high gloss wall panels are composed of a Thermoplastic Core of Low Density Polyethylene,
Bonded to two sheets of Aluminum using a sophisticated bonding process involving chemical adhesives and high temperatures.
The painted surface of the Aluminum Sheet is coated with a Wax-Free, High Performance Polyester Coating& protected with a Strippable Masking to prevent scratching.
Quality:
A)Under natural climate ,film coating will be no flake .no rubbles ,no vestige and no pulverization.
B)Under common environment.no flake.no rubbles.
C)Under common temperatures and radiation,no color deferent.
D)According to international test standard,all the tested items are satisfied with high-class.
E)Our products with PVDF coating which produced under GB/T17748-1999 is with 70% PVDF.and under common environment,we can guarantee 15~20 years.
Specification:
- Panel thickness: 2-6mm,3mm-4mm is recommended
- Panel width: 1000-2000mm,1000mm,1220mm,1250mm,1500mm,2000mm are recommended
- Panel length: 5800mm(longest),2440mm,3050mm,4050mm ,5500mm are recommended
- Aluminum thickness: 0.2mm-0.5mm,0.2mm,0.3mm are recommended
