1.What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C, T/T and Western Union, 30% deposit before mass production, balance should be made before shipment.
2.What’s your normal delivery time?
It is about 25~30 days since sample approval.
3.Does your company has any quality control system?
Yes, we execute strictly according to ISO9001:2008 quality control system, with experienced technician help us reduce the defective percentage effectively, control the quality. We will make samples before mass production and after sample approval, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing.
4.Do you accept OEM?
Of course, your OEM or ODM orders are gladly accepted, we are able to produce according to your original sample, picture or artwork.
5.Can you provide free samples? How many days can I get them?
Yes, we can provide free samples for customers' testing. For existing sample, it takes 1~3 days, for printed sample, it takes 7~10 days.
