Jienuo automatic thermoforming vacuum sealer for food
Overview:
The packaging machine is my factory's latest high-precision equipment, the use of foreign advanced
technology machines, absorb our DDLZ series stretching vacuum installed features, innovative design and
produce their own automated assembly line packaging machinery, is the first domestic product, completely
replace the imported equipment. It applies to all kinds of food, meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables and
other products for vacuum, inflatable, plastic plastic stick body / Paper / hard plastic packaging.
Features and functions:
1. Use Panasonic servo motor, touch screen, PLC and other control systems, machine operation easy
adjustment.
2. Is equipped with world-class original German vacuum pump, fast, stable quality, durable and reliable.
3. The use of advanced cross-cutting, slitting systems, replacement of easy operation. (Boundless
punching save material).
4. Die chute positioning retooling convenient and accurate mold with cooling system.
5. Optical tracking, the choice of color covering film or film for packaging, reduce costs and improve
product quality.
6.The consumer products packaging requirements, on the basis of the vacuum can be filled with nitrogen
or other packaged mix.
7. Imported wide open chain, for a variety of thicknesses of soft membrane, the dura mater and semi-
dural stretch forming.
8. Packaging appearance, uniform foam quality, good sealing performance.
9. Machine materials, the body part of the whole 304 # stainless steel, aluminum internal frame structure
and channel components.
10. Host material part of the assembly on the automatic feeding device, loaded liquid materials.
11.Machines including vacuum, pneumatic automatic adjustment function, vacuum, pneumatic functions
can be selected individually synchronized.
12.Laser coders assign a code part, legible, visible and beautiful.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usuallyoffer
fob ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
