1. The move of cartons is drive by cams. Top sealing ,bottom sealing and ear forming can be done at 

one time, steady running; simple process. 

2. The machine is adopter to cup metering filling to ensure filling accuracy, and it can be CIP automatic

cleaning. 

3. Two kinds of sterilization: UHT sterilization; HTR(High Temperature Retort) sterilization; HTR 

production technology is the same as whole set of production line technology for solid food. Shelf life 

for 8-12 month. 

4. Paper-AlPE seven layers of laminating aseptic packaging material can almost reach complete  

barrier. 

Meanwhile, the material can be heated under 120 degrees without deformation. 

5. High degree of automation in packaging process, 7000 packages per hour, high yield of package.
