Desiccant masterbatch
Product description:
The trace water in raw materials has a very serious impact on the production
of plastic products. The addition of the product can eliminate problems of bubbles,
moire, and spots caused by moisture, save time and power, reduce costs and
increase productivity. Therefore, it is widely used in plastic products such as film
products, sheets, tubes, and geonets, with remarkable using effects.
Usage:
Directly mix this product with the raw materials. The dosage in film blowing
process is recommended to be 1-2%. And the dosage proportion in sheets, pipes
and injection molding processes is suggested to be 2-5%. Specific use depends
on the material damp conditions.
Notes:
1. Keep away from moisture before using;
2. Mix and use when using;
3. It cannot be heated and dried together with damp plastics in case of poor
quality in processing;
4. Check the packaging is intact or not before opening, and make the unspent
masterbatch heat-sealed and packaged as quickly as possible
