Sticky Master Batch mainly used to produce polyolefin self-adhesion film(such as wrapping film,protection film,fresh keeping film)Because of our special formula,compare to same type products our EN61 sticky master batch posses good lap joint property peel sticky property.It has better tensible property,faster extrusion speed,lower energy consume, more suitable for great volume production and lift quality.Our product’s quality stable and performance good
Process Introduction with LLDPE preservative film stretch wrap film wrapping film sticky masterbatch
Suitable for blowing and curtain coating and there must be non anti block agent exists on the resin or it will reduce adhesion performance.
Effusion time should be between 24-72 hours.
For single layer curtain coating film 1%-10% sticky master batch added on LLDPE (or mixed resin)needed while 6%-15% added for single blowing film.But for muti-layer film blowing sticky master batch usually added on top layer,dosage based on which layer and what’s the thickness of film.
Application
EN61 applied to self adhesion wrapping film such as industrial binding film,ensiling binding film,pad pasting film,protection film and fresh keeping film.

Packing and Storage
20kg or 25kg/bag(paper-plastic compound bag with PE bag inner)
Stored at cool and shadow place, temperature below 30 °C,avoiding sunlight and heavy pressure.
Storage time should be within 12 months.
