Description & Technology
ZY-1027 added super fine CaCO3 as main filler compound with coated silicone coupling agent and other special processing agent. The design of this product strengthen coupling between filler powder and resin meanwhile enhance the melting to make its huge filling volume, stiffing, and perfect diffusing. As its good plastic property, diffusing and stabilization makes it could improve plastic products properties in many side.
Product Features
• Character superfine and purity, processing property good, high dosage, on toxic, non moisture absorbing, low costs.
• Good diffusing property, even high dosage won’t make abscission, increase product’s mechanical property, anti wearing, aging resisting, etc. Overcome plastic’s low strength, being sensitive to cold, poor stiffing, easy floating, etc.
• moisture resistant, corrosion resistant, light resistant, easy printing, painting and decoration.
• Recycled and easy degradable, environment friendly
