Degradable Master Batch
Description &Technology
This product is new developed environment protection plastic granule generally applied to produce
plastic-related products which makes plastic products degradable and combustion value low.
Features are low smoking during burning, unblocking after burnt, turning into powder after ashing.
Degradable master batch could be used to disposable shopping bags, rubbish bags,
foods packing container, medical use plastic bags,industrial packing bags,etc. With it’s
high cost performance, it could make production cost reduce 20% above. Also could replace
present fillers(usually dosage is 5-15%) in plastic products and makes degradable master batch dosage increased to 30%-50%. During pressing and cooling steps in production may accelerate 10% production speed,
meanwhile saving cost and meeting environment protection requirement.
