Description &Technology
ZY-1036P taking LLDPE as carrier resin, added super fine CaCO3 as main filler compound with coated silane coupling agent and other special processing agent. The design of this product strengthen coupling between filler powder and resin meanwhile enhance the meltingto make its huge filling volume,stiffing,perfect diffusing. As its good plastic property, diffusing and stabilization makes it could improve plastic products properties in many side.It is a special master batchapplied to PP drawing fiber filling .

Product Features
• character superfine and purity, processing property good, high dosage,non toxic, non moisture absorbing, low costs.

Application
1,Apply to PP drawing fiber, HDPE ,LDPE film product.
2,Recommended dosage 5% - 30% or depends on customer’s demands,
different dosage slight different processing temperature.
Package and Storage
• Package: 25kg±0.1kg/woven PP bag with PE inner.
• Storage: with packing perfect in cool and dry place for one year.
• Warning:
If apply date beyond 12 months since production please test moisture
before application.The damp product won’t effect on application after
been drying processed.
