Black masterbatch 4080 is a black masterbatch decreasing the usage of black pigment with good opacity. It is suitable for loaded on PE, PP, PS and ABS vestal resins with excellent dispersivity possessing black color.
It can be mixed with PE resin directly for film blowing, mixed with PP and ABS resins
for injection grade, and mixed with PS for extrusion grade. It is easy to disperse with good resistance and reduce heat release.
It contains carbon black 48%.

Application in different material
1. To apply in PE shopping bags & garbage bags.

Processing suggestions:
1. General dosage at 2 ~30 %, variation according to the characters of products.
2. The processing temperature is set according to resins processing temperature, suitable among 200100.
