Anti-fogging additive masterbatches work by migrating to the surface to dissolve the formation of droplets, which are undesirable for food packaging and agricultural film applications. For example, accumulation of water droplets on greenhouse films will reduce the transmission of light to plants, fruits, vegetables, etc... and it causes delay and/or reduced crop yields. The droplets formed will have a high contact angle causing light to be reflected and can cause burns to the crops. In food packaging, the droplets make the content less visible and may affect the appearance and quality of the packed products.
The main technical indicators in anti fogging master batch
1. drain period: 3 months or more
2.heat preservation: better than ordinary PE film improve 1.5-2.0 °C
3. light transmittance: better than ordinary PE film improve 15-20%
