One reinforcement layer Rubber Hydraulic Hose EN 853 1SN of USA Standard and Gemany
Recommended For: Medium pressure hydraulic lines. Meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100 R1 Type AT and SAE 100R1 Type S and performance
requirements of EN 853 1SN.
Application Fields: Mine hydraulic support, oilfield extraction machinery, mine/ road/ construction machinery.
Tube: Black, oil resistant, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire.
Cover: Black, oil, abrasion and weather resistant, synthetic rubber.
Temperature Range: -40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃)
Application
Raw material:
Our hydraulic hose produced by imported rubber materials LG NBR rubber fromSouth Korea,imported BELKTA steel wire with high tensile strength2750Mpa from Belgium.
Good quality materials make our hydraulic hose steady performance ,good decentrality,excellent oil resistance.
Workshop:
Our factory introduce advanced teconology and equipment to make the bets quality hydraulic hose. Our bunching Machine is SEJIN MACHINE from Korea.The advantages of the machine are high
accuracy ,high consistency,suspension difference < 70MM,the international standard is 120MM.We use mitsybishi electric contol braiding machine .We use the machine can get high accuracy data
collection,real-time braiding angle monitoring and correction.
1. Payment Term:
In general,30% T/T deposit in advance,70% balance payment scan copy of shipping documents within 7 workday.
If the quantity and amount is small,we suggest 100% deposit in advance.
2.Can we produce goods with special specification?
First of all ,we need to know the specification in details,then we need to check with our technology department,we will give customer satisfying reply as soon as possible.
3.Can we delivery goods on time ?
Yes,If there is the special case of force majeure, we will inform the clients in advance.
4.Port of loading
In general,Tianjin/Qingdao/Ningbo ,other ports as customer request.
5. What is the warrantee period?
There is a 1 year warranty from the date of EX-factory.
