Features of the system:
1) Our LED Light Shell KC-F1 is a patent honeycomb structured lamp shell. Heat dissipation is the main factor to influence the service life of LED chip. Good heat sink is a mark of good quality for any LED light. Our honeycomb structured heat sink could dissipate the sizable amount of heat generated by the light source efficiently. According to our test taken in factory, the luminous decay of the LED chip is less than 1% after working 8800 hours continuously. So, the life of LED chip could be prolonged to more than 50000 hours for sure.
2) We use integrated COB LED chip--Bridgelux for all our LED lights. Our light source is integrated low voltage light source with patent honeycomb structured heat sink. Working power is 30w-240w. Main features of our chip is long service life for farly more than 50000hours and low voltage to avoid electric shock.
3) high borosilicate glass lens has a high transmittance rate of more than 92% and polarized angle could control the light beam onto the road well to avoid light pollution.
4) Intellegent Controller: controlling the light be detecting the voltage of the solar panels and the voltage of the battery. According to different lighting request in night time, the controller can set 50% power and 100% power of the light in 3 time stages.
5) Polycrystalline silicon Solar panels has a life span of 20 years. Gel Lead-acidBattery has a life span of 5 years.
