The advanced nature of LED lights is determined by its cooling technology. Good heat dissipation structure will reduce the temperature of the LED chip and improve the conversion efficiency of light, to reduce light decay rate and extend the chip’s service life.
Firstly,KAICH III adopts an up-down through-hole heat dissipation structure, which is conducive to the flow of hot and cold air and allows the heat sink better.
Contrast: Traditional LED lights use the heat-sink structure, which is not conducive to the rapid flow of hot and cold air, so that the cooling effect is poor.
Secondly, it adopts Hexagonal honeycomb through-hole structure, which is more conducive to diffuse the heat out of the center of the LED chip, so that the light shell’s cooling effect is better.
Thirdly, the design of no power supply box, can meet not only the condition that solar street lights do not need the built-in LED power supply, but also the demand of city light circuit application by external LED power supply, which reduces the cost of lights.
Fourthly, it adopts the integrated light source as the whole lamp light source, which greatly improves the efficiency of the whole lamp assembly and reduces the damage rate. Fifthly, with the use of high transmittance and high uniformity lens, the whole light’s illumination uniformity and light intensity increases significantly.
