Tea Polyphenols is the generic terms of polyphenols in teas, included flavanoids, anthocyanin, flavone, flavonol and phenolic acid. The main ingredient is flavanoids(catechin), hold 60%-80%. TSNAs tea polyphenols is also called tea tannin. It formed the color, smell and taste of tea, and it’s the main ingredient of health function. The researches shows that tea polyphenols and the other active material have the function of detoxification and radio-resistance. It could prevent the radioactive substance intrude into marrow effectively. The tea polyphenols can metabolize the Sr90 and Co60. It was called ‘Radiation Bane’ in health and medical field.
Applications
Tea polyphenols extracted from tea is taken as natural antioxidant of food, it is used for grease and food containing oil, as continual intensive researching, it has been widely suitable for food, medicine,health products, chemical industry commodities. It's function as follows:anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti- radiation, anti-ultraviolet,reducing blood fat,reducing blood sugar, anticancer and diseases of cardiovascular resisting, remove free radical, restraining pathogen and get ride of smell.
Shaanxi Dongyu Bio-Tech Co., Ltd is specializing in organic tea cultivation, tea's cleaning process, tea health foods and natural heab extracts.
We built modern natural plant extracts production line in 2013. The project was 12th five-year national supporting plan by Ministry of Science and Technology. The technology of extraction is researcher and developed by the Tea Reserach Institude of Hangzhou and Zhejiang University. the occupied area of the plant is 3000 square meters and the annual production capability is about 200 tons. The whole processing of production strictly accords with GMP standards.
We have 3 million square meters tea garden in the depths of the Mount Dabashan and the Mount Micangshan. As raw material of tea polyphenols, our tea got the organic certificate of the China Tea Research Institute from cultivation, production and processing. During the process of growing tea, we strictly refuse to use any chemical fertilizer, herbicide, plant grow regulator and chemical food additive. As tea plantation is located in the Mount Dabashan selenium-rich area, our tea contains 50-80 mg of per kg and about 3 mg of zinc per kg. The characteristic of the product is rich in trace elements zinc and selenium. We built green tea processing and production factory with annual capacity of 500 tons.
